Product looks great

I was disappointed with the order process. There was an expected date provided based on production time and shipping time. The order was significantly delayed due to a warehouse move. There was no communication reason given due to this move or compensation for significant delay. 2nd, the price on these items are very high for a thin foam board display. Overpriced for materials used. Overall, very disappointed

The Granite print of baseball star Trout was purchased for our college grandson. He asked for it. He has it hanging in his college apartment.

Print was damaged when received. It is warped and does not lay flat. I reached out to Granite Printing on 9/1/26 and am awaiting a response.

The artwork was great, but the edges are sharp and pealing. Maybe in shipping a corner protector needs to be added.

Everything was great! It was a birthday gift for my son, and he loved it. One suggestion would to make expected preparation and shipping time more clear in advertisements and on the website.

I originally had a small issue with my pictures being damaged. I emailed Granite Printing and received new pictures very promptly. They were so easy to do business with and I will certainly shop with them again.

I would leave zero stars but that is not an option. I placed an $200 order. I chose expedited shipping so my son would have it for college. I followed up twice being told twice that it would ship out and I still don’t have the items or a resolution. It has been almost a month.

The artwork and concept is cool. Ours came with a small damaged corner, and the shipping took way longer than expected. There is also no way of hanging the picture. The back is blank. I emailed support to ask best way they suggest to hang it, even if that meant buying hangers for it, and no response. Wouldn’t buy again.
