Customer Service was amazing on my orders. I had a minor issue and they resolved it with class and proffesionalism. The MLB products are awesome too and going up on the wall!
I loved the product, although the shipping was slow and not aligned with what was shared when the purchase was made.
My purchase of the photo of my grandson's favorite player is absolutely wonderful! The colors are vibrant and it includes a saying attributed to the player. It arrived on time and very well packaged. I know I will be shopping here again in the future!!
These may be great in smaller sizes. However, we ordered 2 of the 20x30 sizes and they are very grainy and blurry. They are not able to be used. They took twice as long as quoted for delivery. Getting a refund has not been a pleasant experience either so far.
They stated they have recently upgraded print quality, so maybe they will be better in the future, but my prints were very poor quality.
Order was placed a month ago and still in the process of trying to get my money back.
Over the prints are fine and one came with a knick on the corner. The shipping on the other hand took forever and the customer support is lacking. No number to call and had to email support twice to get a response back. Can improve on several areas for sure. There’s potential for them!
The pictures came out great. Great quality unfortunately shipping is much slower than stated on the website, but overall very happy
I was disappointed with the order process. There was an expected date provided based on production time and shipping time. The order was significantly delayed due to a warehouse move. There was no communication reason given due to this move or compensation for significant delay. 2nd, the price on these items are very high for a thin foam board display. Overpriced for materials used. Overall, very disappointed

The Granite print of baseball star Trout was purchased for our college grandson. He asked for it. He has it hanging in his college apartment.
Print was damaged when received. It is warped and does not lay flat. I reached out to Granite Printing on 9/1/26 and am awaiting a response.
