Print Upload Policy

At Granite Printing, we provide our customers the option to upload their own images and designs to create custom printed products. While we take great care to ensure high-quality production, please note the following regarding uploaded content:

1. Customer Responsibility

All images, artwork, and content uploaded to our website are the sole responsibility of the customer. By submitting any file for printing, you confirm that you either:

• Own the rights to the content, or

• Have permission or license from the rightful owner to use it for reproduction.

2. Copyrighted or Unlicensed Material

Granite Printing does not assume responsibility for verifying copyright ownership of uploaded materials.
Any unauthorized or unlicensed use of copyrighted images, logos, or trademarks is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.

3. Offensive or Inappropriate Content

We do not accept uploads that contain content that is:

• Offensive, discriminatory, or obscene

• Promoting illegal activity

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

4. Our Rights

By uploading content, you grant Granite Printing the limited right to reproduce that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images.

5. Disclaimer

Granite Printing shall not be held liable for any legal disputes, losses, or claims arising from the printing of unlicensed or unauthorized materials uploaded by customers.
All responsibility remains with the person submitting the artwork.
